Peabody held consultations on 4th and 6th December 2025 at the Cat and Mouse Library, with boards displaying the final designs for phases 2 + 3 of Holloway Park (the final phase). You can see all the designs on Peabody’s website here

Peabody are proposing that three of the towers, planned to be 8-9 floors, will now form two towers, going up to 17 and 19 floors. There will be an extra 116 units or flats added. There are many concerns about the impact of the towers on the neighbouring estates and the local area, as well as on the new development itself and the new park that is planned. CP4H invited people to add their questions and concerns to the document we’re sharing below. We sent this to Peabody and asked them to respond to people’s questions on their website, via their FAQ document here.

Next steps – Peabody plan to submit their proposal to the council in March. The council will then have to hold a public consultation on the plans – this will be the last chance to have a say. Email us for more info at Plan4holloway@gmail.com
