Employment Training

CP4H member Linda Clarke has drawn up a proposal outlining how we feel employment training should be conducted during the redevelopment of the former Holloway Prison. As is fitting to the site’s legacy, we feel it is important to offer opportunities to people who are/have been in contact with the criminal justice system, as well as to women – a group currently under-represented in the construction industry.

We have received promising agreement to this strategy from representatives of Peabody as well as Islington Council, so continue to work with them and other stake holders to ensure a truly exemplary scheme.
