Holloway People's Alliance is a group led by residents living around the site of the prison, They are building local power so that the community has a stronger voice. Community Plan for Holloway is supporting them to grow, with resources and staff time.

The Alliance has made a survey to keep track of residents' complaints and concerns, so that they can hold Peabody to account based on their contractual agreements.
